What is raw food

 Raw food refers to any food that is consumed in its natural state, without being cooked or processed at high temperatures. It typically includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, and legumes that are consumed raw or prepared using methods that preserve the food's natural enzymes, nutrients, and living components. Raw food enthusiasts believe that cooking food can destroy vital enzymes and nutrients, and that consuming raw foods can provide numerous health benefits. Some common examples of raw food include salads, smoothies, raw fruits and vegetables, sprouts, raw nuts and seeds, plus we add plant based meaning that there is no dairy products, honey. It's important to note that while raw food can offer certain health benefits, such as increased nutrient intake and improved digestion, it is risk free for harmful bacteria and parasites.
